Secretariat is composed of professional staff and works linked to the Steering Committee. The Secretariat provides coordination and professional services to the Steering Committee and Working Groups.

The role of the secretariat is to help IHOP member organisations to get closer and develop activities for the sustainablity of the Platform. The work of the Secretariat is as follows:

Research and development for funding possibilities

Monitoring of IHOP projects 

Financial management

Conducting of communications and informative activities on IHOP activities 

Increasing capacities of the Working Groups 

Management of IHOP web site

Preparation of regular activity and finacial reports,

Conducting of other activities that the Steering Committee submits
